What is an estimate?
An auto estimate is a rough calculation of the total amount of repairs based upon the visible damages, current part prices, and the amount labor hours it will take to perform the repairs.
The full extent of the damages cannot be seen without disassembly, which would often make the vehicle un-drivable. For this reason, it is important to realize that the estimate may not include all that is necessary to complete the repair properly.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, you may stop by our facility any time to get a free estimate. You may also receive a free estimate via email at: info@usatouchup.com. Attach complete photos and a brief description of the repairs desired and one of your team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I get into an accident?
- Remain calm
- Make an initial assessment of any personal injuries and property damages.
- File a police report
- Exchange information, such as:
- Insurance policy number
- Driver’s license number
- License plate number
- Other party’s: name, address, and phone number.
- Witness information
What insurance company do you accept?
We accept and have worked with all insurance companies such as, but not limited to: AAA, Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, Mercury, Allied and etc…
Do I have to bring my car to an insurance preferred shop?
No. Under the Consumer Bill of Rights, you have the right to choose any auto body repair facility you desire.
What about non-accident related scratches and dents?
We also offer paintless dent removal, detailing, spot blending, glass work, scratches and all repairs of non- accident related damages.
These damages can be done at the same time you drop off your vehicle for insurance related repairs on a separate bill from the insurance claim which will save your time and money. Additional repairs often cost less since we may already be doing paintwork or disassembly in the same area.
What kind of repairs can be done in the same day?
Mild repairs such as front bumper, rear bumper and dent removal can be done in the same day. For same day services, please drop off your vehicle early in the morning and you will be able to pick up your vehicle in the evening.
How will I know when my car is done?
Our friendly team members at USA Touch-Up will notify you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You may also call at any time to check the status of your vehicle.
How soon can I wash my car?
You may wash your car immediately using mild car soap.
