Great Ethical I came by today go get an estimate for a light scratch I have on my Honda. Not only do they not take any money but they even buff out my scratch for free. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a touch up!!! Thank you so much you guys.

My experience has been very similar to the previous reviewer. I needed to get front bumper and grille replaced as well. I visited them on Saturday for a quote (after visiting couple of other body shops), and they provided me the lowest quote. As I decided to go ahead with them, they asked me to put down the deposit. The following Tuesday, I brought the car back to the garage and within one hour my car was ready with the replaced bumper, as they had ordered the bumper, painted it already and what's left was just to install it. I was very impressed with the quality of work done, and speed of work done as well. Highly recommend them.

First off, the staff here was so extremely understanding and knowledgeable about my situation that that alone made the experience. I brought my car here a few months ago because my civic needed a front bumper replacement.

Basically, they ordered me the front bumper, painted it, welded the frame of my car back, fixed my license plate and installed everything for $800. All other shops offered these services for $1000+.

On top of that, they did an amazing job and you can't even tell that it is a replacement bumper. The paint also came with a 2 year warranty and they took me to the shop next door to fix my SRS light for free. The service only took 2 days. I was extremely satisfied with their

I had a deductible of $1000 with my insurance company. For a minor repair job, I wanted to know if it is less than my deductible. I went to USA Auto Body Shop and Tu gave me a quote of $700. He also said that he will touch up the rest of the car for FREE!

I then went to the repair shop that my insurance company wanted me to go. "No need to ask for a quote, just repair it.", they said. I had to know how much this repair shop is charging my insurance company. First of all, it took 30 minutes to do this estimate, and he said it was $2000 at least. His words:" My kids have to eat too." To do the rest of the car was another $1000. Okay, now we are at $700 vs. $3000. Which one do you think I went with?

When I picked up my car, everything was fixed as promised. They also washed my car and vacuum (EVEN MY TRUNK!!). I am so happy and have been recommending everyone to them. With this economy, we need company like USA Auto Body shop who is giving us value and good service.
As for the other company, I will definitely expose them. My insurance company should no pay for anything more than what it really costs.

Thank you very much for taking care of my car. He took not only the case of the car but also understood my financial situation. Very professional attitude and he knows the business he is in.

They did a fantastic job on my cars. This is the third time I sent my cars there. Your quality schedule and price are the best I’ve even seen in the industry. For sure their attention to the customer is the best too.

i found this shop here on yelp, i decided to go get my car checked out because i had a lot of paint chips on my hood. When i got there and got an estimate with Nam Tran, the owner which had the same exact name as me...haha, i wanted to get my hood repainted but he said that i should go to a dealer to get touch up paint so i can save money. i purchased the touch up paint and work on my car but it turned out bad... because i think i was doing it wrong, i then decided to go back to USA touch up so they can fix my mistake, i got a good quote because i got my bumper and trunk repainted as well because the car that i recently bought had a decal on the bumper. i peeled off the decal but it left a round white scratch which look pretty bad. i came in the morning to get it painted, i waited about 11am to 4pm to get my car back cus i had no ride home so i waited but they have a waiting room that had a nice comfy couch with internet and a t.v, sweet.... they did a great job on the paint job and it was worth waiting for soo long.

This body shop is really fast. They really do paint job repairs, professionally & very well, too. I can attest to this.

Well, a couple months ago, while I was backing up my SUV... I accidentally hit the back of an Acura in a parking lot. So the back trunk got dented, scratched, & the ACURA letters (well, some of them), gone. BUT my SUV, just had a very unnoticeable scratch (which I just did some waxing & scratch is gone) & no dents at all. So, I left a note with my name & cell number on the windshield of the Acura. That same afternoon, the owner of the Acura called me about the damage. To make the story short, I told him that I'll have it fix but not with my insurance (as I am already paying too much on my car insurance because of some moving violation tickets, etc HE-HE) & he agreed.

This is where USA Touch Up came in... with the recommendation of a friend. So we brought the Acura in the morning & was told to pick it up in the afternoon, the same day. Tran, the General Manager-Owner was also very friendly. Service was great & for the price, it was very reasonable indeed (half the price of another body shop estimate). I highly recommend this place for quick & professional paint job repairs. The body shop facility is huge. I also learned that most major car dealers in SJ, brings all their cars here for paint touch-up & repairs (as they're really good).

Great Job‎!
One my idiot bros backed into my bumper and completely scratched the bumper up including most of the paint. Went here and they did a great job for 350 and the bumper looks great. Would definitely recommend‎

Total Satisfaction: I am extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the repairs for my Mercedes car: fix one sizeable dent on the side panel and a paint job on the bumper. The results were so good and people can hardly see the repair spots.

I had my car done on the same day and with very good price comparing to other auto body shops with much higher prices and require at least a few days to complete the job. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
